The hotel is situated approximately 80 m from the nearest beach and is centrally located between Ca´n Pastilla and the Playa de Palma. The pulsating town centre, which has an array of shopping and entertainment venues, is within a few minutes of the hotel. There are regular public bus links to Palma and El Arenal.

The hotel has 25 single cabins and 225 double cabins, which are located on 8 decks and are reachable by lift.
